- Weekdays: $150 per night for two adults with a 2 night minimum stay required. Weekdays are Sunday through Thursday.
- Additional guests: $20 per guest, per night. Maximum occupancy 4 adults
- Holidays: $180 per night for two adults with a 3 night minimum stay required. Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
